Divergent cultural identity experiences have led to intense polarization, hyper-partisanship, and a deepening lack of trust in core institutions. Social and Organizational Leadership focuses on the mindsets and skills needed to navigate the intersecting organizational and social issues that stakeholders bring to your doorstep.

Inclusive leadership is more than enhancing self-awareness. From Self to Systems guides leaders in activating their spheres of influence and control to lead an inclusive workplace. Leaders will assess systemic barriers and practices that hinder inclusiveness and belonging, and develop an individual inclusive leadership action plan.

The 10 Lenses is a research-based framework developed with the Gallup Organization that vividly describes how people view race, ethnicity, and cultural identity differences through 10 distinct "lenses" or belief systems. Learners learn to better recognize and navigate the 10 lenses in real-time as they interact with colleagues, organizational practices, and external stakeholders.

Navigating Informal and Unwritten Rules is a research-based framework that focuses on the unwritten norms, rules, traditions, and criteria invisibly embedded in your organization's or team's culture. Navigating Informal and Unwritten Rules also identifies the often-unnecessary norms that create barriers for some because they cannot master the unspoken parts of the culture.

Rapidly Changing World helps leaders understand the social legacies at the heart of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. It also identifies the current social and business forces influencing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Leaders examine conflicting mindsets, agendas, and approaches that are a part of these conversations and initiatives.
